A personalised path to rewrite your relationship with food – without diets, scales or guilt.
Welcome to a place of safe, curious and judgement-free exploration. Where you’ll have the support, space and tools to explore your food story, get off the diet roller coaster, create thriving habits, enjoy eating again, and find food and body empowerment.
Find freedom from the cycle of dieting and body scrutiny
Diet culture tells us that restriction is normal. That there are ‘good’ and ‘bad’ foods. And our weight dictates our worth.
These ideas can impact our everyday lives, throughout our whole lives, and erode our innate knowledge of how to nourish ourselves with kindness.
But they do not define you or your future – you can stop the cycle and find your ‘knowing’ again. You can feel confident around food. You can nourish your body with respect, kindness and joy.

Hi, I’m Bec – and I’m not your typical dietitian.
Normally, this is where I would tell you all about me.
Like that I’m a dietitian but prefer the term ‘nutrition counselling’ to describe what I do.
Or that I won’t put you on a diet or meal plan after one session (or 10 if I can help it).
Or that I practice from a ‘non-diet’ lens which means I focus on ‘behaviours’ not your weight.
But truthfully? I’d rather know about you.
I’d love to know what brought you here, how weight and food has influenced your life – and, most importantly – how you dream this relationship can be different.
After all, that’s what we’re here for – to create a future where you feel joy, ease and empowerment around food. Let’s start together.

“Restricting your eating can leave you feeling restricted in life – nourishment is about more than surviving — it’s about thriving!”
– Rebecca May
